What time can I check in and out?

Our standard check-in time is 3pm whilst our check-out time is 10am.

Can I check-in early or check-out late?

It is possible to check out at a later time providing we have 72 hours notice AND have authorised your longer stay.

If you wish to check out later then please go to the Add-On Services option in your Guest Guide where you will find full details.

Sorry but we cannot authorise early check-ins because we prioritise guests who wish to check out late. 

Is it possible to leave my luggage in your apartment until I check-in?

Sorry, we are not able to store luggage for any of our guests. Our cleaners have a varied schedule meaning they cannot guarantee to be at the apartment when you arrive early.

Do you take a deposit?

How we handle the deposit and when the deposit is returned is detailed in your Guest Guide and is available within minutes of completing the online check-in.

What is the Guest Portal?

The Guest Portal contains all you need to know about finding and staying at your apartment. You get access to the Guest Guide after you have completed Online Check-In.

The booking is for someone else. Do I need to do something else?

Make your booking as normal. Once online check-in is complete, you will receive a link to the Guest Guide. Please make sure that the lead guest receives the link to the Guest Guide.

How do I find my apartment?

No problem, please use our  Contact Us form.

How do I find the keys?

After completing online check-in, the code and location of your key safe may be found in the Guest Portal around 6pm, 2 evenings before you are due to arrive.

Who are Charge Automation?

Charge Automation are our Payment Services provider and are a globally recognised leader in online check-in, payment and deposit collection.

Is parking included?

Your listing will show if parking is included.

When do I get the address of the apartment?

After you have completed online check-in you will be sent a link to your Guest Portal. In here you will find everything you need to locate and access your apartment.

The key safe code will only be available from 6pm (UK time) , 2 days before your arrival.

Why do I need to check-in online?

Online check-in means you help us to keep tight security on our apartments.

Do I have to provide a selfie?

As part of our security measures we require a selfie of the lead guest. 

The lead guest is either the person who booked the apartment or the person in charge of the people staying in the apartment.

Help! I can’t complete online check-in. What do I do?

If you cannot see your invite to complete your online check-in, please check your spam and junk folders in the first instance.

If you cannot complete the process of completing your check-in form then please email us using the Contact Form 

Can I bring a pet?

Really sorry, but we do not allow pets in our apartments.
