That’s why, when the company was formed, we made it clear from the start, that we had to deliver on 3 simple and clear fundamental principles to ensure our guests had a smooth and seamless experience whenever they were to stay at a Nest Apartment.

And those 3 principles are Cleanliness, Comfort and Convenience.

Let’s look at them in detail.

Cleanliness

From the outset, before COVID, pandemic and Coronavirus became everyday words, it was crucial that the apartments were clean. 

Speaking from personal experience, I had stayed in places where you dare not remove your shoes and the shower had mould for grout.

It’s times like this you know you have made a mistake and the the words “I’m never staying here again” cross your mind. And not just once either. The phrase imprints itself on your mind; it’s a lesson you never forget.

After spending 30 years in retail, it’s clear that you have to meet basic customer esxpectations BEFORE they’ve even heard of you.

Plus, it should go without saying that making your guests ill just isn’t a good business model.

It was so important to us to keep the apartments clean, we went through 3 cleaners before finally settling on someone who would clean to our standards without having to have us look over their shoulder after every visit.

So when COVID did finally hit, it really was a very straightforward process to keep the apartments spotless while meeting the standards laid down by WHO and our international partners like Airbnb.

Comfort

Whenever we take on an apartment, your comfort is at the forefront of out minds.

We understand that when you’ve had the day from hell, the last thing you want is to get back to a back-breaking sofa or a lumpy mattress. We even make sure that we only use linen with high thread counts.

We get it.  You want a home from home and we work hard to make sure the apartment is as comfortable as possible.

Convenience

We live in a green and pleasant land. In other words, it rains. So the chances of turning up at one of our apartments on a dark wet night is rather high. You may even have a couple of tired kids in the car and had to deal with roadworks on-route.

All you want to do is find the apartment, get inside and get settled.
